These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 399bit platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on 399bit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

Players must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling. Each person may hold only one 399bit account. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions replace all previous versions. Continued use of the 399bit platform after this date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 399bit ("399bit", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 399bit website located at https://399bit.club and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 399bit takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
The Platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and the mobile financial service (MFS) account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 399bit will not be responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
399bit reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 399bit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been performed by you and is your responsibility.
You must select a strong, unique password for your 399bit account and must not reuse passwords from other services. 399bit will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to request your password. Any communication purportedly from 399bit requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 399bit support immediately. We will take prompt steps to secure your account, including temporarily suspending access pending investigation. 399bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or where the player has shared their login details with a third party.
399bit currently accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399bit does not accept deposits from international credit cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency wallets at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are set per payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard. 399bit reserves the right to impose additional player-specific deposit limits at its discretion, including for player protection purposes.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your 399bit account balance within minutes of a successful MFS transaction confirmation. 399bit is not responsible for delays caused by MFS network outages, incorrect transaction references, or payment failures attributable to the player's MFS provider.
All funds deposited into your 399bit account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your account from a third party, is strictly prohibited and may be treated as fraudulent conduct. 399bit reserves the right to request evidence of fund ownership at any time.
399bit does not accept deposits made by third parties. If it is determined that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. Any wagers placed using third-party funds may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your 399bit account, you must have: (a) completed identity verification as required by Section 2.5; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses currently attached to your balance; and (c) made a minimum of one deposit using a verified payment method. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of payment method has been approved by the support team.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. For large withdrawal requests exceeding the standard daily limit, additional verification may be required and processing time may be extended.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where enhanced verification is required. 399bit will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.
399bit reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 399bit will notify the player within a reasonable timeframe and provide the opportunity to supply additional documentation to resolve the matter.
Promotional offers and bonuses available on 399bit are subject to individual offer terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. General eligibility conditions include: holding a single verified account, not being subject to any active self-exclusion, and not having previously forfeited a bonus for abuse on the same or a related account.
All bonuses issued by 399bit are subject to wagering requirements. Unless an individual promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may contribute at different rates to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
399bit employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-risk or near-zero-variance betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising actual financial risk; or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
399bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided those bonus funds have been obtained in good faith in compliance with the original promotion terms.
All games available on the 399bit Platform are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by the rules and RTP (Return to Player) parameters set by its respective provider. Provider-specific game rules take precedence over general 399bit platform rules where game mechanics are concerned.
All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all casino games and crash titles are determined by the provider's RNG system at the moment of play. 399bit does not modify, influence, or interfere with game outcomes at the platform level. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, 399bit reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. All content on the 399bit Platform, including but not limited to the 399bit brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game presentation interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of 399bit or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 399bit intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the 399bit Platform or its content without prior written permission from 399bit. Unauthorised use of 399bit intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of game content is governed by the terms of the relevant provider licences. 399bit does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt service availability. 399bit will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 399bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
399bit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 399bit will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English, which is the sole governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any translation of these Terms being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of these Terms shall be resolved by reference to the English text only.
All official communications between 399bit and players — including account notices, verification requests, dispute correspondence, and support responses — will be conducted in English or Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between an English communication and a Bengali translation, the English version shall take precedence.
